新工科背景下公路建养装备复合人才创新实践能力培养 被引量:1

Cultivation of Innovative and Practical Ability of Compound Talents in Highway Construction and Maintenance Equipment under the Background of"Emerging Engineering Education"

摘要 为应对新一轮的科技与产业革命、布局未来战略领域以及推动传统工科专业的改革与创新,该文以长安大学工程机械学院为例,开展新工科背景下公路建养装备复合人才创新实践能力培养探索与实践研究。以企业与市场的需求为牵引,采用校企联合培养模式,建设创新课程体系;研究多学科交叉融合的创新协同机制,建立创新实验室,增设实践教学环节;鼓励学生参与创新设计大赛,催生新技术、孵化新项目,加强创新平台与科研机构的交流共享;调整本科毕业设计的培养方案,提升创新性与应用性;形成一批可推广、可复制的教学改革成果,培养出综合素质过硬、适应未来经济社会的具有创新实践能力的复合人才。 To cope with the new round of technological and industrial revolution,lay out future strategic areas and promote the reform and innovation of traditional engineering majors,this paper takes the School of Construction Machinery of Chang'an University as an example,to carry out exploration and practical research on the cultivation of innovative practical ability of highway construction and maintenance equipment compound talents under the background of"Emerging Engineering Education".Guided by the needs of enterprises and market,the school-enterprise joint training model is adopted to build an innovative course system.The innovation coordination mechanism of interdisciplinary integration is studied to establish innovation laboratory and add practical teaching links.Students are encouraged to participate in innovation design competition,promote new technology,incubate new projects and strengthen the exchange and sharing of innovation platform and scientific research institutions.The training program of undergraduate graduation design is adjusted to improve innovation and application.Finally a batch of extensive and reproducible teaching reform achievements are formed to cultivate compound talents with excellent comprehensive qualities and adapting to the future economic society with innovative practical ability.
