多重质量标准要求下地方高校工科专业培养方案构建的实践探索

Practical Exploration on the Construction of Engineering Specialty Training Scheme in Local Colleges and Universities under the Requirements of Multiple Quality Standards

随着高等教育内涵式发展的不断深入,“质量”已经成为我国高等教育发展的关键词。在高等工程教育领域,工程教育专业认证、新工科、专业标准等越来越多的质量要求推动着工程教育改革创新。该文着重分析了近年来高等工程教育领域新的质量要求,结合地方高校的人才培养定位,在多重质量标准要求下,遵循“保合格、创特色、上水平、争卓越”的优化思路,详细论述了地方高校工科专业人才培养方案的构建原则和要求,力求为同类高校提供一定的参考。

With the development of higher education connotation,"Quality"has become a key word in the development of higher education in China.In the field of higher engineering education,engineering education professional certification,"emerging engineering",professional standards and other more and more quality requirements have promoted the reform and innovation of engineering education.This paper focuses on the analysis of the new quality requirements in the field of higher engineering education in recent years.Combined with the orientation of talent training in local colleges and universities,it puts forward the optimization idea of"ensuring qualified,creating characteristics,improving level and striving for excellence"under the requirements of multiple quality standards.This paper discusses in detail the construction principles and requirements of the training scheme for engineering professionals in local colleges and universities,and tries to provide some reference for similar colleges and universities.
