高校在引进高层次人才过程中,要承受多种风险。该文分析了高校高层次人才引进过程中的主要风险,包括人才遴选风险、人才发展风险、法律风险和经济风险,并进一步探索防范、规避引才风险的有效机制和措施,其中,强化顶层设计,完善人才引进规划,加强引才工作的精准化以及加强学科间统筹是目前防范人才引进风险的重要举措。

Colleges and universities are confronted with a variety of risks when recruiting high-level talents.This paper analyzes the main risks during this process,including the risk of talent selection,further development of talents,legal affairs and financial issues.In this paper,risk prevention measures are also discussed.Strengthening the top-level design,perfecting the talent recruitment plan,strengthening the precision of the talent recruitment work and strengthening the interdisciplinary coordination are the important measures to prevent the risk of talent recruitment at present.
