PC工厂+智慧工地模式下“建筑工程项目管理”课程教学改革与实践

Teaching Reform and Practice of the Course of Construction Engineering Project Management under the Model of"PC Factory+Smart Site"

顺应高等职业教育高质量发展,提高技术技能型人才培养水平,促进建筑行业工业化和信息化的快速健康发展,该文以“PC工厂+智慧工地”为载体,BIM三维可视化技术为支撑,以匹配建筑行业、产业需求为核心目标,研究与探索“装配式建筑工程项目管理”课程教学内容设置,并结合真实项目案例,创设教学情境,开拓学生创新思维能力,让教学质量更高效。

This paper puts forward that we should meet the requirements of high quality development of higher vocational education,improve the training level of technical and skilled talents,and promote the rapid and healthy development of industrialization and informatization of construction industry.By taking the model of"PC factory+smart site"as the carrier,BIM 3D visualization technology as the support,and matching the construction industry demand as the core goal,it studies and explores the teaching content setting of the course of Construction Engineering Project Management,and combines real project cases to create teaching situation in order to improve students'innovative thinking ability and improve the teaching quality.
