高职艺术设计类专业现代学徒制人才培养探讨

Discussion on Talent Training of Modern Apprenticeship in Art Design Major of Higher Vocational Colleges

社会的进步与发展,使得当前的中国制造行业需要大量专业能力强、实践水平高的艺术设计人才充实生产一线,以满足行业发展和国家建设的需要。针对当前高职艺术设计专业人才培养的现状,该文简要论述了艺术设计类专业现代学徒制人才培养模式的作用,分析了艺术设计类专业现代学徒制人才培养模式的构成要素,并从不同的角度探讨了实现艺术设计类专业现代学徒制人才培养模式的有效途径,以供参考、借鉴。

With the progress and development of the society,the current Chinese manufacturing industry needs a large number of artistic design talents with strong professional ability and high practical level to enrich the production line,so as to meet the needs of industry development and national construction.In view of the current status of the training of art design professionals in higher vocational colleges,this paper briefly discusses the role of the modern apprenticeship talent training model in art design major,analyzes the elements of the modern apprenticeship talent training model,and probes into the effective ways to realize the modern apprenticeship talent training model in art design major from different angles for reference.
