摘要
马铃薯是我国第四大粮食作物,2015年以来国家实施马铃薯主粮化战略,人才支撑成为实施战略的关键因素。但分析我国马铃薯人才现状发现不但数量不足而且结构、分布不合理,尤其是高层次人才缺乏。针对这些问题,提出来扩大规模、产教融合、学科交叉、调整结构、面向基层等应对措施。
Potato is the fourth largest grain crop in China.Since 2015 when the nation started to implement the Potato Staple Food Strategy,talent support has become a key factor in the implementation of the strategy.However,an analysis of the current situation of potato talents in China has revealed that not only are those talents limited in number,but they are also unreasonably structured and distributed.In particular,high-level talents are in great shortage.In view of these problems,corresponding measures have been put forward,including scale expansion,integration of production and education,crossdisciplinary cooperation,structural adjustment and grass-roots level consolidation.
