摘要
近年来,随着国家经济转型升级及地区产业结构调整,各行业企业出现了人才需求的结构性变化。为应对这种变化,江苏省教育厅、教育考试院率先进行成人招生改革,推出面向艰苦行业和校企合作改革项目。通过分析校企合作人才培养现状和存在的问题,并以南京林业大学为例,从准确定位人才培养目标、制定柔性化培养计划、加强师资队伍建设、建立多元化考核模式四个方面探索了校企合作人才培养模式,并提出了教学质量评价与监控方法。
In recent years, with the transformation and upgrading of national economy and the adjustment of regional industrial structure, there are structural changes in the demand for talents in various industries and enterprises. In response to this change, Jiangsu Education Department and Education Examination Institute take the lead in adult enrollment reform, and launch the reform projects for industries of hard working conditions and school-enterprise cooperation. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems in the talent training of school-enterprise cooperation. Taking Nanjing Forestry University as an example, it explores the talent training model of school-enterprise cooperation from four aspects: accurately positioning the training goal of talents, making flexible training plan, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and establishing diversified assessment model, and puts forward the evaluation and monitoring methods of teaching quality.
