摘要
为提高法医学教学质量,对清华大学医学院二个八年制医学试验班38名同学进行书面问卷调查。38份答卷中,都认为有必要学习法医学,对法医学教学很满意和满意的占97.37%。主要收获是(:1)开阔了视野,拓宽了知识面(;2)增强了法制观念、工作责任心和自我防护能力(;3)提高了对防范和处置医疗纠纷和医疗事故的认识和能力(;4)学习了法医思维,增强了案例分析能力。
In order to improve the teaching quality of forensic medicine, a written questionnaire survey was conducted among 38 the eight-year students of clinical medicine at the School of Medicine, Tsinghua University. Of the 38 responses, all(100%) believed that it was necessary to study forensic medicine, and 97.37% were satisfied with the teaching of forensic medicine. As a result, students have broadened the horizon and the scope of knowledge;they have enhanced the legal concept, work responsibility and self-protection ability;they have improved awareness and ability to the prevention and disposal of the medical disputes and medical malpractice;they have learned medicolegal thinking and enhanced the ability to case analysis.
