高职全日制学生混合学习中存在的问题与对策探讨

摘要 随着信息技术的进步和教育资源的丰富,高职全日制学生的学习模式也由传统单一的线下学习逐渐过渡到线上线下混合学习。通过调查和访谈,发现在混合学习中有两个客观问题容易对学习效果造成阻碍。第一,学习资源与平台不能充分支撑混合学习的需要;第二,教学设计不科学导致教学时间与资源分配不合理。除去教学主体的主观因素之外,提高学生混合学习的效果,需要有合适的教学平台、科学的教学设计作为支持,在此基础上理性看待混合学习的效果,以便充分发挥混合学习的优势。 With the advancement of information technology and the enrichment of educational resources, the learning mode of full-time vocational students has gradually transitioned from traditional single offline learning to online and offline blended learning. Through surveys and interviews, it is found that there are two objective problems in blended learning that easily hinder the learning effect. First, learning resources and platforms cannot fully meet the needs for blended learning. Second, unscientific teaching design would lead to unreasonable allocation of teaching time and resources. In addition to the subjective factors of the teaching subject, to improve the effect of students’ blended learning, it is necessary to have a suitable teaching platform and scientific teaching design as support. On this basis, the effects of blended learning are rationally viewed in order to give full play to the advantages of blended learning.
