摘要
中国教育的改革与发展呼唤优质的特色教育,校长作为学校教育中的重要角色,担负着领导专业化办学的职责和使命。促进校长的专业成长和“专家办学”的进步,需要从认识上厘清专家型校长及“专家办学”的内涵和实质,在培养上确立科学化与规律化的目标,实施模块化与模式化的课程计划,讲求精细化与自主化的管理,同时予以政策的激励和制度的保障,以促进其稳步发展。
The reform and development of education in China calls for high-quality education with distinctive features.As an important role in school education,principals shoulder the responsibility and mission of leading professional schooling.To promote the professional growth of principals and the progress of“expert-run schools”,it is necessary to clarify the connotation and essence of expert principals and“expert-run schools”,establish scientific and regular goals in training,implement the curriculum plans based on modularity and patternization.We need to emphasis on refined and autonomous management and give the policy incentives and the system safeguard to promote its steady development.
