摘要
小麦是世界上种植最广泛的谷类作物之一.我们前期从对条锈病菌侵染有抗性的小麦叶片中分离得到以几丁质为唯一碳源的内生新菌种Pedobacter chitinilyticus CM134L-2T.为研究这株小麦内生菌的次级代谢产物,对该菌进行了大量发酵,将发酵液进行乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,对萃取物中的化合物进行了分离、纯化.通过波谱分析及与已知化合物数据对比,从该菌发酵液中共鉴定了7个化合物,它们分别为3-羟基乙酰基吲哚(1)和4-羟基-5-(吲哚-3-基)-5-氧代戊烷-2-酮(2)2个吲哚类衍生物,环(L-脯氨酸-L-缬氨酸)(3),苯甲酸(4)、对羟基苯甲酸(5)和邻氨基苯甲酸(6)3个苯甲酸类衍生物,以及硫杆菌素A (7). P. chitinilyticus CM134L-2T的上述代谢产物被报道具有调节植物生长、促进根系生长或抗菌等作用.本研究结果可为Pedobacter属微生物作为新型的植物益生或生防菌株提供参考.(图1参31)
A novel endophytic bacterial strain, Pedobacter chitinilyticus CM134L-2~T, was isolated and identified from wheat, one of the world’s most important cereals with chitin as the sole carbon source. To investigate the secondary metabolite profiling of this endophyte, the bacteria were grown and fermented. The fermentation broth was extracted with ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The separation and purification of the above-mentioned extracts offered 7 known natural compounds. They were identified as 3-hydroxyacetyl indole(1), 4-hydroxy-5-(indole-3-yl)-5-oxopentane-2-one(2), cyclo(L-proline-L-valine)(3), benzoic acid(4), p-hydroxybenzoic acid(5), o-aminobenzoic acid(6), and sulfobacin A(7) on the basis of spectroscopic data interpretation and comparison of their corresponding spectral data with that of reported data. This study showed that P. chitinilyticus CM134L-2~T has the ability to produce phytohormones, antimicrobial substances, and preservatives. This finding may be of great significance for the research and application of wheat endophytes and their secondary metabolites.
