不同预选和分级工艺对围岩中石英选别效果的影响 被引量:1

Separation Effect of Different Preselection and Classification Processes on Quartz in Surrounding Rock

摘要 为回收石英岩围岩中的石英,首先利用干式磁选和色选进行预选试验研究,结果表明干式磁选-色选联合预选工艺效果最好,除铁率达到82.94%;其次对不同分级工艺的预选精矿进行磨矿分级、强磁、脱泥及反浮选提纯石英对比试验研究,磨矿-分级试验表明,高频细筛分级效率较螺旋分级机的高18.65个百分点;强磁、脱泥试验表明,高频细筛试样除铁率、脱泥率较螺旋分级机的分别高13.20和2.97个百分点;反浮选提纯试验表明,高频细筛试样所得石英精矿SiO2含量为99.47%,比螺旋分级机的精矿高0.18个百分点;高频细筛工艺所得石英精矿的休止角、堆密度和SEM指标均优于螺旋分级机工艺。对于回收石英的分级设备,高频细筛优于螺旋分级机。 In order to recover quartz from surrounding rock of quartzite,firstly,dry magnetic separation and color separation were used to carry out the preconcentration test.The results show that the combined preconcentration technology has the best effect,with an iron removal rate of 82.94%.Secondly,the comparative experiments of grinding classification,high intensity magnetic,desliming and reverse flotation for purifying quartz were carried out on the preconcentrated concentrate with different classification processes.The grinding classification test shows that the classification efficiency of high frequency fine screen is higher than that of spiral classifier by 18.65 percentage points.High intensity magnetic and desliming test shows that the iron removal rate is higher than that of the spiral classifier by 13.20 and 2.97 percentage points.Reverse flotation test for purifying quartz shows that SiO2 content of the quartz concentrate obtained from the high frequency fine screen test is 99.47%,which is higher than that of the spiral classifier by 0.18 percentage points.The repose angle,bulk density and SEM indexes of the quartz concentrate obtained from high frequency fine screen test are better than those of the spiral classifier.For the classification equipment of recovering quartz,high frequency fine screen is better than spiral classifier.
