淫羊藿配方颗粒UPLC特征图谱及主要成分含量测定研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:建立淫羊藿配方颗粒UPLC特征图谱及含量测定方法,为淫羊藿配方颗粒的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法及紫外-可见分光光度法分别测定淫羊藿配方颗粒中淫羊藿苷和总黄酮含量,并建立淫羊藿配方颗粒UPLC特征图谱。结果:18批淫羊藿配方颗粒中淫羊藿苷和总黄酮的含量范围分别为3.2%~5.9%、19.2%~31.6%;UPLC特征图谱确定了5个共有峰,通过与对照品比较,分别为朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷和宝藿苷-Ⅰ,对18批淫羊藿配方颗粒进行相似度比较,其相似度均大于0.900。结论:本研究建立的方法精密度、重复性和稳定性良好,可用于淫羊藿配方颗粒的质量控制和评价。 Objective:To establish the UPLC characteristic spectrum and content determination method of Yinyanghuo formula granules,and provide a basis for the quality control of Yinyanghuo formula granules.Methods:HPLC and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry were used to determine the contents of icariin and total flavonoids in Yinyanghuo formula granules,and the UPLC characteristic spectrum of Yinyanghuo formula granules was established.Results:The contents of icariin and total flavonoids in 18 batches of Yinyanghuo formula granules ranged from 3.2% to 5.9%,19.2% to 31.6%,respectively.UPLC characteristic spectrum identified 5 common peaks.By comparing with the reference,they are epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C,icariin and baohuoside-I.Comparing the similarity of formula granules,the similarity were all greater than 0.900.Conclusion:The method established in this study has good precision,repeatability and stability,and can be used for the quality control and evaluation of Yinyanghuo formula granules.
