广东省中医药科研平台现状与发展对策

Status Quo and Development Countermeasures of Scientific Research Platforms of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangdong Province

通过分析2005—2016年广东省中医药科技平台状况,了解广东省中医药科技平台的整体发展情况,发现中医药科研平台普遍存在投入不足、科研动力不足、科技平台的资源配置不均、科研创新能力欠缺、产学研有机结合不够、中医药领域跨学科交流合作不多等问题。据此提出发展对策,包括加大对中医药科技平台支持力度、以市场为导向转变投入模式、合理配置科技平台资源、共享科技平台、加强科研平台的运行管理与绩效考核。

Based on the analysis of the situation of Guangdong province's TCM science and technology platform from 2005 to 2016,our study finds there are some problems in TCM research platform,such as insufficient investment,insufficient research motivation,uneven allocation of resources,lack of scientific research innovation ability,lack of organic combination of production,teaching and research,and less interdisciplinary communication and cooperation in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on this,our study puts forward the development countermeasures,including increasing the support for the science and technology platform of traditional Chinese medicine,changing the investment mode guided by the market,reasonably allocating the resources of the science and technology platform,sharing the science and technology platform,and strengthening the operation management and performance evaluation of the scientific research platform.
