血清维生素A、维生素D、维生素K水平与营养性矮身材(脾气虚证)的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation Between Serum Vitamin A,Vitamin D,Vitamin K Levels and Nutritional Short Stature(Spleen-Qi Deficiency Syndrome)

目的:对比营养性矮身材(脾气虚证)患儿与正常同龄儿血清维生素A、维生素D、维生素K含量,探讨维生素A、维生素D、维生素K水平与营养性矮身材(脾气虚证)发病的相关性。方法:纳入100例营养性矮身材(脾气虚证)儿童,同时选择200名身高正常儿童为对照组。比较两组儿童性别、年龄、身高、体质量及血清维生素A、维生素D、维生素K水平;采用Logistic回归分析法探讨血清维生素A、维生素D、维生素K水平与营养性矮身材(脾气虚证)患儿身高、体质量的关系。结果:两组身高、体质量、维生素A、维生素D、维生素K水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),矮身材组较正常组偏低;Logistic回归分析结果显示,血清维生素A、维生素D、维生素K水平在营养性矮身材(脾气虚证)患儿体内相互独立。结论:营养性矮身材(脾气虚证)患儿血清维生素A、维生素D、维生素K水平均低于正常身高儿童,血清维生素A、维生素D、维生素K水平与营养性矮身材(脾气虚证)发病具有相关性,且三者之间无相互影响。

Objective:To compare serum vitamin A,vitamin D and vitamin K levels between children with nutritional short stature(spleen-qi deficiency syndrome)and normal children of the same age,and to explore the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 100 children with nutritional short stature(spleen-qi deficiency syndrome)were enrolled,and 200 normal height children were selected as control group.Gender,age,height,weight and serum vitamin A,vitamin D and vitamin K levels were compared between the two groups.Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between serum vitamin A,vitamin D,vitamin K levels and the height and weight of children with nutritional short stature(spleen-qi deficiency syndrome).Results:The height,weight,vitamin A,vitamin D,and vitamin K levels of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),and the nutritional short stature group was lower than the control group.Logistic regression analysis showed that serum vitamin A,vitamin D,and vitamin K levels were independent of each other in children with nutritional short stature(spleen-qi deficiency syndrome).Conclusion:The serum vitamin A,vitamin D,and vitamin K levels of children with nutritional short stature(spleen-qi deficiency syndrome)are lower than those of normal height children on average.There was a correlation between the serum vitamin A,vitamin D and vitamin K levels and nutritional short stature(spleen-qi deficiency syndrome),and there is no interaction among them.
