皂白散治疗足癣的临床观察

Clinical Intervention Observation of Zaobai Powder(皂白散)on Tinea Pedis

目的:观察皂白散治疗足癣的临床疗效及安全性。方法:纳入足癣患者共140例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组外用皂白散治疗,1次/d,对照组外用复方苦参水杨酸散,1次/d,分别于基线、1周、2周记录症状总积分,于治疗后2周记录真菌转阴情况,以评价皂白散治疗足癣的临床疗效及真菌疗效。结果:治疗组3个疾病分型在2个访视点症状体征积分均呈显著下降趋势,其中水疱型、趾间糜烂型足癣疗效优于鳞屑角化型;治疗后治疗组临床症状总积分明显低于对照组;治疗组总有效率为90.0%(63/70),对照组总有效率为70.0%(49/70);治疗组真菌荧光检测阴转率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。所有患者均未发现不良反应。结论:皂白散治疗足癣具有确切疗效,可在临床中应用及推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zaobai Powder in the treatment of tinea pedis.Methods:A total of 140 patients with tinea pedis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Zaobai Powder once a day,and the control group was treated with Compound Flavescent Sophora and Salicylic Acid Powder once a day.The total symptom scores were recorded at baseline,1 week and 2 weeks,respectively.The fungal negative conversion was recorded 2 weeks after treatment,in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy and fungal efficacy of Zaobai Powder in the treatment of tinea pedis.Results:The symptom and sign scores of the three disease types in the treatment group showed a significant downward trend in the two interview points,in which the curative effect of blister type and interphalangeal erosion type of tinea pedis was better than that of keratoscele type.After treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The total effective rate was 90.0%(63/70)in the treatment group and 70.0%(49/70)in the control group.The negative conversion rate of fungal fluorescence in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).No adverse reactions were found in all patients.Conclusion:Zaobai Powder is effective in the treatment of tinea pedis and can be applied and popularized in clinic.
