基于数据挖掘的国家专利中药外治瘢痕用药规律分析

Analysis of the Rules of External Therapy of Chinese Herbs for Scar of National Patents Based on Data Mining

目的:基于已公开发表的国家专利,分析中药外治瘢痕的用药特点和规律,为瘢痕外用中药组方的优化及其临床新药研发提供参考。方法:以“瘢痕”“中医”“中药”等为关键词,检索国家知识产权局网站中的瘢痕外治中药专利数据,并采用SPSS Statistic 25.0和SPSS Modeler 18.0分析单味中药用药频数、高频中药(频数≥15)类别、中药性味分类频数、高频中药关联网络,并进行聚类分析。结果:研究纳入专利203项,涉及药物499种,其中高频药物30味,用药频数最高为冰片;用药规律呈现以寒性、苦味药物及活血化瘀药为主;聚类分析得到6组中药组合,其核心药物为黄芪、蜂蜜、苦参、僵蚕、蒲公英、白及。结论:中药外治瘢痕组方常以活血化瘀、清热解毒为法,可作为进一步组方用药的参考。

Objective:To analyze the rules of external therapy of Chinese herbs for scar based on the national patents,and provide references for the optimization of external therapy formula for scar and the development of new drugs.Methods:The patents of external therapy for scar was systematically searched in the National Patent Database with scar,Chinese Medicine and Chinese Herbs as the keywords.SPSS Statistic 25.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were applied to calculate the frequency of single Chinese Herbs,the high-frequency categories(frequency≥15),classification frequency of Chinese Herbs nature and flavor,high frequency association network of Chinese Herbs and cluster analysis.Results:Totally 203 patents were included,involving 499 kinds of Chinese Herbs.There were 30 kinds of high-frequency Chinese Herbs and the top one was Bingpian(borneol).The rules showed that the Chinese Herbs were characteristic with cold in nature,bitter in flavor and activating blood and resolving stasis in category.Totally six groups of Chinese Herbs combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Core Chinese Herbs were Huangqi(astragali radix),Fengmi(mel),Kushen(sophorae flavescentis radix),Jiangcan(bombyx batryticatus),Pugongying(taraxaci herba)and Baiji(bletillae rhizoma).Conclusion:The rules of external therapy of Chinese Herbs for scar including the category of activating blood and resolving stasis,clearing heat and removing toxicity,which could be used as reference evidences for further clinical practice.
