前列腺炎Ⅰ号治疗慢性前列腺炎合并精液不液化的临床疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of No.ⅠDecoction for Chronic Prostatitis in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis Associated with Nonliquefaction of Semen

目的:评价前列腺炎Ⅰ号治疗慢性前列腺炎合并精液不液化的疗效及安全性。方法:将67例慢性前列腺炎合并精液不液化患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组35例(口服前列腺炎Ⅰ号),对照组32例(口服盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊、维生素E软胶囊),两组均连续治疗12周。比较治疗前后NIH-CPSI、中医证候评分、精液质量,统计临床妊娠率,进行疗效及安全性评价。结果:治疗后,两组患者的NIH-CPSI、中医证候评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后NIH-CPSI、中医证候评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的精液质量均有不同程度的改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后精液质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者配偶临床妊娠率显著优于对照组。结论:前列腺炎Ⅰ号治疗慢性前列腺炎合并精液不液化疗效确切、安全性高。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of No.I Decoction for Chronic Prostatitis in the treatment of chronic prostatitis associated with nonliquefaction of semen.Methods:67 patients with chronic prostatitis associated with nonliquefaction of semen were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group,the treatment group(35 cases)was to receive No.I Decoction for Chronic Prostatitis,and the control group was given Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules and Vitamin E Soft Capsule,respectively,all for 12 weeks.The national institute of health chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,semen quality,clinical pregnancy rate were obtained among the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the NIH-CPSI and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were all lower than pre-treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Besides,the NIH-CPSI and TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were even lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the semen quality of the two groups were all differently improved than pre-treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Besides,the semen quality of the treatment group were better improved than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical pregnancy of the treatment group was even higher than the control group.Conclusions:No.ⅠDecoction for Chronic Prostatitis has a definite efficacy in the treatment of chronic prostatitis associated with nonliquefaction of semen and less of side reaction.
