离网型风光储互补系统能量管理研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对离网型风光储互补系统中风机、光伏发电单元与蓄电池储能设备运行的不确定性以及参考实时电价对优化管理的影响,提出了一种基于模型预测控制的能量优化管理策略.为降低系统的运行成本及提高稳定性,控制策略中采用混合整数线性规划方法构建了系统运行费用目标函数及蓄电池储能和功率平衡的约束方程,建立了日前调度计划、日内预测控制阶段和反馈矫正环节.在Matlab环境下采用yalmip平台对所提出的能量优化管理策略进行了仿真验证,在满足能量需求条件下,提高了微电网的经济性,同时降低了系统运行不确定性的影响,验证了所提出的能量优化管理策略的有效性. An energy optimization management strategy based on model predictive control was proposed for standalone wind/solar/battery hybrid power system with the operation uncertainty of wind turbines generating unit,photovoltaic generating units and battery energy storage equipment as well as the influence of reference real-time electricity price on optimal management.In order to reduce the operating cost and improve the stability of the system,mixed integer linear programming method is used in the control strategy to construct the objective function of the operating cost of the system and the constraint equation of battery energy storage and power balance,and day-ahead scheduling plan,day-ahead prediction control stage and feedback correction link are established.Under Matlab environment,yalmip platform is used to simulate and verify the proposed energy optimization management strategy.Under the condition of meeting the energy demand,the economy of the mirco-grid is improved,and the influence of system operation uncertainty is reduced,and the effectiveness of the proposed energy optimization management strategy is verified.
