本文基于尺寸法测量钟罩检定段的标准容积,通过分析钟罩式气体流量标准装置的工作原理,建立了三种标准容积的数学模型,并指导实际测量工作,为后续钟罩式气体流量标准装置的应用与检测提供理论参考。

Based on the dimension method to measure the standard volume of the verification section of bell jar,by analyzing the working principle of bell jar gas flow standard device,three kinds of mathematical models of standard volume were established,and the practical measurement work was guided,so as to provide theoretical reference for the application and detection of bell jar gas flow standard device.
