铁尾矿砂对机制砂混凝土性能的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Iron Tailings Sand on the Performance of Machined Sand Concrete

研究了铁尾矿砂取代率对机制砂混凝土工作性、力学性能和耐久性能的影响。结果表明:当铁尾矿砂取代率为40%时,混合砂的颗粒级配及细度模数与河砂相近,此时,混合砂混凝土的工作性和力学性能最优;随着铁尾矿砂取代率在一定范围内增加,混凝土的抗渗性能和抗氯离子侵蚀性能逐步提升。

The effect of iron tailings sand replacement rate on the workability,mechanical properties and durability of machined sand concrete was studied.The results show that when the iron tailings sand replacement rate is 40%,the particle size gradation and fineness modulus of the mixed sand are similar to those of river sand.The concrete prepared by the mixed sand shows good workability and mechanical properties.In addition,as the iron tailings sand replacement rate increases within a certain range,the impermeability and the resistance to chloride ion erosion of concrete are gradually improved.
