摘要
目的建立和优化了时行感冒1号方合剂中6种有效成分的含量测定方法,为该中药复方制剂的质量控制提供方法依据。方法采用Agilent C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长203 nm。结果葛根素、芍药苷、升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、桂皮醛、6-姜辣素的质量浓度分别在19.19~191.94μg/mL、9.80~98.04μg/mL、1.10~22.08μg/mL、1.07~21.40μg/mL、1.14~22.87μg/mL和1.09~21.74μg/mL内呈良好的线性关系(均r≥0.9997),6种成分方法回收率均符合含量测定要求。结论该方法简便快捷,灵敏度和准确度较高,适用于时行感冒1号方合剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish and optimize a method for determination of six active ingredients in Shixingganmao Recipe 1 Mixture,and to provide a method basis for the quality control of this traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation.Methods An Agilent C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution as gradient elution withflowing rate of 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 35℃and the detection wavelength was 203 nm.Results Good linear relationships were found in the mass concentrations of puerarin,paeoniflorin,prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,5-O-methylvisammioside,cinnamaldehyde,and 6-gingerol were 19.19-191.94μg/mL,9.80-98.04μg/mL,1.10-22.08μg/mL,1.07-21.40μg/mL,1.14-22.87μg/mL and 1.09-21.74μg/mL,respectively(all r≥0.9997).The average recoveries of six components were in accordance with the requirements for determination.Conclusion This method is simple,quick,sensitive and accurate,and suitable for the quality control of Shixingganmao Recipe 1 Mixture.
