老年糖尿病患者脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2水平与主要心血管事件的相关性

Correlation between lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 level and major cardiovascular events in senile patients with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨老年糖尿病脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)与主要心血管事件(MACE)的相关性。方法选取徐州医科大学附属医院2016年1月—2017年3月老年2型糖尿病240例患者为研究对象。依据Lp-PLA2水平,分为Lp-PLA2升高组(124例)和Lp-PLA2降低组(116例)。依据是否发生MACE,分为MACE组(50例)和非MACE组(190例),分析MACE发生危险因素及Lp-PLA2与MACE的相关性。结果MACE组Lp-PLA2水平高于非MACE(P<0.05)。年龄、糖尿病病程、收缩压、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、Lp-PLA2与MACE累积发生相关(P<0.05)。糖尿病病程、Lp-PLA2、HbA1c是MACE累积发生的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。Lp-PLA2升高组MACE发生率高于Lp-PLA2降低组(P<0.05)。Lp-PLA2升高组MACE累积发生时间短于Lp-PLA2降低组(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者Lp-PLA2与MACE发生密切相关,Lp-PLA2升高者MACE发生风险增加。

Objective To investigate the correlation between lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)and major cardiovascular events(MACE)in senile patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 240 senile patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from January 2016 to March 2017 in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were selected as study subjects.According to Lp-PLA2 level,the group was divided into Lp-PLA2 increased group(124 cases)and Lp-PLA2 decreased group(116 cases).According to the occurrence of MACE,the patients were divided into MACE group(50 cases)and non-MACE group(190 cases).The risk factors of MACE and the correlation between LP-PLA2 and MACE were analyzed.Results The level of Lp-PLA2 in MACE group was higher than that of non-MACE group(P<0.05).Age,diabetes mellitus course,systolic blood pressure,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),Lp-PLA2 were correlated with MACE accumulation(P<0.05).Diabetes mellitus course,Lp-PLA2 and HbA1c were independent factors influencing the accumulation of MACE(P<0.05).The incidence of MACE in Lp-PLA2 increased group was higher than that in Lp-PLA2 decreased group(P<0.05).The accumulation time of MACE in Lp-PLA2 increased group was shorter than that in Lp-PLA2 decreased group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lp-PLA2 is closely related to MACE in senile patients with diabetes mellitus,and the risk of MACE is increased in patients with elevated Lp-PLA2.
