摘要
医院档案管理是医院管理中的一项基本工作,医院档案管理质量的提高对医院长远健康发展具有重要作用。将精细化管理理念在档案管理中运用,是适应新时期档案工作的发展需求。本文试从医院档案管理现状入手,对精细化管理理念和方法在医院档案管理上具体运用的路径进行分析探讨,以此提高医院档案管理质量和医院档案的利用价值,拓宽医院档案的服务方式,对提升医院管理质量和医疗服务水平具有重要意义。
Hospital archives management is a basic work in hospital management.The improvement of the quality of hospital archives management plays an important role in the long-term healthy development of the hospital.The application of delicacy management concept in archives management is to meet the development demand of archives work in the new era.This article tries from the current situation of hospital archives management to delicacy management ideas and methods in hospital archives management analysis,discusses the path of the concrete application,in order to improve the quality of hospital delicacy management and hospital archives utilization value,broaden the service mode of hospital records,for improving the quality of hospital management and medical service level is of great significance.
