摘要 以上海市某公共建筑为研究对象,利用能耗模拟分析软件DeST比较围护结构热工参数与空调设备性能参数这2个变量对公共建筑能耗的影响﹒研究表明,相对于建筑的围护结构热工参数,空调设备性能参数对该建筑的全年计算负荷影响更大;对于夏热冬冷地区公共建筑的能耗季节性影响而言,空调设备性能在冬季发挥主要作用,围护结构热工参数在夏季发挥主要作用. Taking a public building in Shanghai as the research object,the energy consumption simulation analysis software DeST is used to compare the influence of the thermal parameters of enclosure structure and the performance parameters of air conditioning equipment on the energy consumption of a public building.The study shows that the performance parameters of air conditioning equipment have a greater influence on the annual calculated load of the building than the thermal parameters of the building envelope.For the seasonal effect of energy consumption of public buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas,the performance of air-conditioning equipment plays a major role in winter,and the structural thermal parameters play a major role in summer.
