高校外语教师专业发展生态环境改善的实践探索 被引量:1

摘要 高校外语教师专业发展常常面临多重环境要素的制约,这些要素既有普遍共性,又有校本特征。而突破环境要素制约、促进外语教师专业发展,以生态学的视角认识外语教师专业发展环境的复杂性、动态性和社会文化性,在实践上聚焦外语教师专业发展的关键问题并基于对教师职业生活和成长环境,特别是教师在具体情境中困境的考察,构建多元、开放、互动、可持续发展的教师共同体。通过在不同层级共同体中综合创造积极的物质环境、制度环境、观念环境和社会文化环境等,发挥环境要素的促进性作用,推动教师信念、认知、情感、实践等与环境要素的多元良性互动,促进外语教师专业成长。 Foreign language teachers in higher education often face the restrictions of multiple environmental factors,which are universal and specific around colleges.In order to break through the restrictions to facilitate their development,an ecological perspective needs taking to understand the complexity,dynamism and socio-culturalism of foreign language teachers'professional development environment.Accordingly,their eco-environmental improvement needs to center on the critical problems of their development and build multiple,open,interactive and sustainable communities of teachers based on the examining of the difficulties in teachers'professional living and growing environment,especially in specific situations.Through comprehensive creation of the active material,institutional,conceptual and socio-cultural environment in the stratification of communities,a facilitative role of the environmental factors can be played to promote the multiple and positive interaction of teachers'belief,cognition,affection and practice,etc.with environmental factors,and facilitate the teachers'professional growth.
