对分课堂PAD模式在疫情期高师心理学课线上教学中的应用探索 被引量:1

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情期间的线上教学是为保障教学连续性而采取的紧急措施,快速探寻可靠的教学模式对保证线上教学质量至关重要。对分课堂PAD模式作为一种新型本土化课堂教学方法,具有学教并重、讲议协同、聚焦过程、考评灵活等特点。实际应用中,也体现出理念深刻、简明易用、效果显著等优势。基于对分课堂PAD模式,对其应用于疫情期高师心理学课线上教学进行了探讨。着重阐述了高师心理学课疫情期在线教学面临的挑战,对分课堂适用在线教学的理论和现实依据,以及PAD模式“讲-化-议”三环节在心理学课线上教学中的具体实施。总结了对分课堂应用于线上教学时应注意学习主体特点差异、教师课堂设计和组织管理能力和教学资源的综合优化等问题。 The online teaching is an emergency approach to ensure the continuity of college teaching during COVID-19 pandemic.In this special situation,it is very urgent to explore an effective online teaching method which can improve the quality of online teaching.As a new localized teaching method,the model of PAD(presentation,assimilation and discussion)has many outstanding advantages such as profound concept,easy to use,and effective teaching result.Based on the principle of PAD model,this paper explored its application in the online teaching of general psychology course of normal students during COVID-19 pandemic.The online teaching challenges of general psychology course,theoretical and practical basis of PAD model application,and the specific implementation steps of PAD model in the online teaching of general psychology were discussed in sequence.Then the matters that should be paid attention to when PAD model is applied to online teaching,including distinguishing students'learning characteristics,strengthening teachers'classroom management ability,and improving the integration and optimization of teaching resources were summarized in the end.
