摘要
汉语教师志愿者遍布全球,他们肩负着传授汉语与促进中国文化走出去的使命。汉语教师志愿者的跨文化交际能力对其工作与生活有着重要的影响。本研究采用跨文化效能感量表,针对85名赴意大利和澳大利亚任教的汉语教师志愿者,调查他们的跨文化效能感动态变化情况。研究发现,在跨文化效能感的六个层面中,除尊重对方外,他们在行为弹性、互动放松、讯息技巧、身份维护和互动管理等方面的表现均不太理想。在此基础上我们从语言培训、交际策略等角度对跨文化效能感培训提出几点建议。
Volunteer Chinese language teachers are now all over the world.They shoulder the responsibility of teaching Mandarin and helping the Chinese culture go global.Their intercultural communication competence has a huge impact on their work and life.This research uses Intercultural Effectiveness Scale to mainly investigate the intercultural effectiveness of the volunteer Chinese language teachers teaching in Italy and Australia.The research finds that in the six aspects of intercultural effectiveness,the aspects of performances on behavioral flexibility,interaction relaxation,message skills,identity maintenance and interaction management are not ideal,weaker than the aspect of interaction respect.Based on the results,we put forward some suggestions on intercultural effectiveness training from the perspectives of language training,communication strategy,etc.
