摘要 文章对万吨级船舶在弧形机械式滑道下水开展研究,结合实际生产,分析现有船台的极限下水状态,对船舶下水关键区域的支撑结构和关键下水状态的方案进行优化设计。结果表明,优化首支点和尾部支撑结构、调整下水水位和尾部压载水量、捆绑排车等因素对船舶安全下水有显著影响。文章提出大型船舶下水计算过程中需要注意的事项及优化方案,为大型工程船舶的下水提供重要的技术参考。 The launch of a 10000 t ship in a curved mechanical slideway is studied.Combined with the actual production,the paper analyzes the ultimate launching state of the existing slipway,and optimizes the supporting structure of the key launching area and the scheme of the key launching state.The results show that the factors such as optimizing the first fulcrum and the rear support structure,adjusting the water level and ballast water at the rear,and bundling the platoon have significant influence on the safety of ship launching.The paper puts forward the matters needing attention and optimization scheme in the launching calculation of large ships,which provides important technical reference for launching large engineering ships.
