灯盏细辛联合卡托普利对急性肾小球肾炎患儿肾功能指标的影响

Effect of Erigeron breviscapus Combined with Captopril on Renal Function in Patients with Acute Glomerulonephritis

目的观察灯盏细辛联合卡托普利对急性肾小球肾炎患儿肾功能指标的影响。方法选取我院儿科收治的急性肾小球肾炎患儿100例,随机分为两组两组患儿均给予相应的抗感染、降压以及利尿等常规治疗后,对照组给予静脉滴注灯盏细辛进行治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用口服卡托普利治疗。观察并比较治疗1个月后两组患儿治疗前后白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCR)及β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)等指标情况;观察并比较两组患儿治疗过程中水肿消失、肉眼血尿消失和血压恢复正常的时间情况。结果经治疗1个月后,研究组IL-8、TNF-α、IL-6水平明显低于对照组与本组治疗前的水平(P<0.05),研究组BUN、SCR及β2-MG含量明显低于对照组与本组治疗前水平(P<0.05);研究组水肿消失时间、肉眼血尿消失时间与血压恢复正常时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性肾小球肾炎患儿在常规治疗的基础上采用灯盏细辛联合卡托普利治疗具有显著效果,可以有效降低患儿血清IL-8、TNF-α和IL-6水平有效减少患儿BUN、SCR及β2-MG,改善患儿肾功能,减少治疗时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect ofErigeron breviscapus combined with captopril on renal function in children with acute glomerulonephritis.Methods 100 children with acute glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with routine treatment such as anti-infection,hypotension and diuresis.Control group was treated with intravenous drip of Erigeron breviscapus;study group was treated with oral administration of captopril on the basis of control group.One month after treatment,the indexes of interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr)andβ2-microglobulin(p2-MG)were observed and compared between the two groups.The time of edema disappearance,naked hematuria disappearance and blood pressure return to normal was observed and compared between the two groups.Results One month after treatment,the levels of IL-8,TNF-αand IL-6 in study group were significantly lower than those in control group and before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of BUN,SCR andβ2-MG in study group were significantly lower than those in control group and before treatment(P<0.05);the disappearance time of edema,disappearance time of naked hematuria and recovery of blood pressure in study group were significantly lower than those in control group and before treatment(P<0.05);the normal time was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,Erigeron breviscapus combined with captopril has significant effect on children with acute glomerulonephritis.It can effectively reduce the levels of serum IL-8,TNF-α,IL-6,BUN,SCR andβ2-MG in children with acute glomerulonephritis,and effectively improve the level of renal function,reduce the treatment time.It should be further promoted and applied in clinic.
