摘要
目的测定龙骨及其部分煅龙骨样品中Cu、Cr、Cd、Pb、As的含量,为其安全性使用提供依据。方法各样品经微波消解后采用火焰原子吸收法测定Cu、Cr元素的含量,石墨炉法测定Cd、Pb元素的含量,原子荧光法测定其中As的含量。结果各批次的样品中均检出Cu、Cr、Cd、Pb、As元素。结论检测方法简单可行,可用于龙骨重金属元素含量的测定。
Objective Determine the content of Cu,Cr,Cd,Pb and As in Os Draconis along with their typical processed products respectively,providing a basis for their safety.Methods The samples were detected though flame atomic absorption spectrometry for contents of Cu and Cr,graphite furnace for contents of Cd and Pb,and atomic fluorescence spectrometry for contents of As after microwave digestion.Results Cu,Cr,Cd,Pb and As were detected in each sample.Conclusion The method is simple and feasible,which provides a reliable method for the measurement of heavy metal elements in Os Draconis.
