“标本配穴”针灸疗法对2型糖尿病患者干预临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Biao-Ben Acupoint Compatibility Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy on Blood Glucose in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察"标本配穴"针灸疗法对2型糖尿病患者血糖调节的临床疗效。方法选取我院接受治疗2型糖尿病患者50例,将患者随机分为标本配穴组与药物对照组各25例,药物对照组给予单纯药物治疗,标本配穴组给予降糖药物辅助标本配穴针灸疗法治疗。对比两组患者治疗前、治疗后、治疗1个月后随访空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素用量变化及治疗后治疗效果。结果标本配穴组治疗后及随访期较治疗前空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);药物对照组治疗前后及随访期空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后及随访期空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后及随访期胰岛素注射用量变化比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);标本配穴组总有效率为92.0%明显优于药物对照组68.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"标本配穴"针灸疗法配合口服降糖药可以增加血糖的控制效应,远期随访疗效明显,同时可以降低患者每日胰岛素用量,恢复胰岛功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Biao-Ben acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on blood glucose regulation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM).Methods 50 cases of patients with T2 DM were randomly divided into Biao-Ben acupoint compatibility group and drug control group,25 cases in each group.Drug control group was treated with simple drug therapy,while The Biao-Ben acupoint compatibility group was treated with drugs and Biao-Ben acupoint compatibility acupoint acupuncture therapy.The changes of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin dosage and the therapeutic effect after treatment were compared between the two groups before treatment,after treatment and one month after treatment.Results The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in Biao-Ben acupoint compatibility group after treatment and follow-up were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05);but there were no significant difference in drug control group(P>0.05);and there were significant differences in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups after treatment and followup(P<0.05);there was significant difference in the dosage of insulin injection between the two groups after treatment and followup(P<0.05);the total effective rate of Biao-Ben acupoint compatibility group was 92.0%,which was significantly better than that of drug control group(68.0%),there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Biao-Ben acupoint compatibility acupuncture and moxibustion therapy combined drugs can increase the control effect of blood glucose,and the long-term follow-up effect is obvious.At the same time,it can reduce the daily dosage of insulin and restore the function of pancreatic islets.
