追风透骨胶囊内服联合电针治疗非特异性下腰痛临床研究

Clinical Study on Combined Zhuifeng Tougu Capsule with Electro-acupuncture in Treatment of Nonspecific Low Back Pain

目的观察追风透骨胶囊内服联合电针治疗非特异性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法将120例非特异性腰痛患者随机分为两组,观察组60例行追风透骨胶囊内服联合电针治疗,对照组60例内服追风透骨胶囊治疗统计分析两组治疗后总有效率、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,检测两组血浆β-内啡肽、血浆P物质(SP)、白细胞介素-1β含量。结果观察组治疗后第14日、第60日有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后第7日、第14日、第21日、第60日VAS评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后60日血浆β-内啡肽含量高于对照组(P<0.05),血浆SP、白细胞介素-1β含量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论追风透骨胶囊内服联合电针治疗非特性下腰痛较单纯口服追风透骨胶囊疗效好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhuifeng Tougu Capsule combined with electro-acupuncture(EA)in treatment of nonspecific low back pain.Methods 120 cases of patients with nonspecific low back pain were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each.Observation group was treated by internal administration of Zhuifeng Tougu Capsule combined with EA,control group was treated by Zhuifeng Tougu Capsule.The total effective rate and Visual Analogy Scale(VAS)score of the two groups after treatment were statistically analysised,the contents ofβ-endorphin,SP and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in the two groups were tested.Results The effective rates of observation group on the 14 th and 60 th days after treatment was better than those of control group(P<0.05);the VAS scores of observation group on the 7 th,14 th 21 st and 60 th days after treatment were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05);the content of plasmaβ-endorphin in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the content of plasma SP and IL-1βwere significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Zhuifeng Tougu Capsule combined with EA is better than Zhuifeng Tougu Capsule alone in treatment of nonspecific low back pain.
