Three Examples of Clinical Cases of Ermiao Situ Decoction by MEI Guoqiang

梅国强教授是全国知名的伤寒大家第三届国医大师,长期从事《伤寒论》临床研究,擅长寒温并重辨治疑难杂病;二妙四土汤为梅师常用经验方,本文拟结合笔者跟师札记及临床病案列举运用本方治疗湿热(毒)邪阻滞所致典型案例三则,总结运用梅师二妙四土汤的经验。

Prof.MEI Guoqiang is a famous master of typhoid fever and the Third Master of traditional Chinese medicine.He has been engaged in clinical research of Treatise on Febrile Diseases for a long time.He is good at treating difficult and miscellaneous diseases with both cold and warm.Ermiao Situ Decoction is a commonly used experience prescription of Prof.MEI.Based on the notes and clinical medical records of the author and his teacher,this paper enumerates three typical cases of applying this prescription to treat dampness heat(toxin)and evil block,and summarizes the experience of application of Ermiao Situ Decoction.
