论教学专业的高深知识:困境、重构与保障 被引量:4

摘要 教学专业知识对教师专业极为重要。然而,教学专业知识整体上日益陷入“高深知识旁落”“高深性受质疑”“学术性缺乏”困境。以“人才培养目标”、专业教育的实践特征、“临床-专业型”培养模式及教学专业属性为出发点,重构并形成了儿童发展心理学、学习科学、课标与教材分析、课程资源开发、儿童观察与研究、课堂教学观察与诊断、课堂与班级管理、教育法、教学技能九大核心教学专业高深知识。教学专业高深知识的实现需要主体、时间、意愿、准入、物质等保障,以此为破解目前教师专业的困境探索道路。 Knowledge of teaching profession is extremely important to teachers.However,on the whole,kmnowledge of teaching profession shows the dilemma of"the loss of profound knowledge","the challnged profoundnes"and"the lack of academic depth".Taking the"talent training goals",the practial characteristics of professional education,the"cinical-professional"training model and the attributes of teaching professions as the starting point,nine kinds of profound knowledge of teaching profession,which include hild developmental psychology,learning science,curniculum standards and textbook analysis,cumiculum resource development,children's observation and research,classroom teaching observation and diagmosis,classroom and class management,education method,teaching sills,are reonstructed and formed.The realization of these profound knowledge need guarantees such as subjects,time,willingness,access,materials.In this way,we could break through the current dilemma of teaching profession.
