摘要
轴向柱塞泵作为液压系统的核心动力元件之一,其性能的好坏直接影响液压系统整体的工作状况,如果能掌握轴向柱塞泵剩余使用寿命的分布规律,可以为液压系统实施健康管理提供依据。为此,以轴向柱塞泵泄漏回油流量作为其性能退化指标,应用非线性Wiener过程构建其剩余使用寿命预测模型。通过与柱塞泵实例寿命比较表明,具有随机效应幂函数结构的非线性Wiener过程模型预测结果,优于线性以及其他2种非线性Wiener过程模型,更接近轴向柱塞泵退化过程中的实际寿命。
Axial piston pump is one of key power components of hydraulic system,its performance directly affects whole working condition of hydraulic system.Mastering the distribution law of axial piston pump's remaining useful life(RUL)can provide the basis for the health management of hydraulic system.Therefore,taking the leakage oil return flow of axial piston pump as its performance degradation index,the RUL prediction model of axial piston pump is constructed by using nonlinear Wiener process.The comparison of practical cases show that the prediction results of nonlinear Wiener process model with random effect power function structure are better than linear and other two kinds of nonlinear Wiener process models,and more close to the actual life of axial piston pump in degradation process.
