摘要 针对天然气紧急截断阀开启时出现噪声、振动等问题,设计了一种天然气紧急截断阀控制器,通过控制器控制截断阀平稳开启。控制器包括主阀、二位四通阀和手动复位阀。建立了主阀芯的二阶微分方程以及二位四通阀与截断阀控制气缸的微分方程。分析了控制器主阀参数变化对截断阀控制气缸活塞位移阶跃响应性能的影响。分析表明:主阀芯阻尼增加,阶跃响应的超调量减小,振荡过程减缓;主阀芯质量增加,超调量下降,响应时间变慢;弹簧刚度增加,超调量增大,振荡过程加剧;主阀芯直径对阶跃响应影响不大。建立了控制器参数优化模型,使得截断阀控制气缸活塞的阶跃响应过程更加平稳。优化后的控制气缸位移阶跃响应超调量减小到0.6%,调节时间为0.03 s。最后通过试验验证了控制器的优化效果。 Aiming at the problems of noise and vibration when natural gas emergency block valve is opening,a controller is designed to make it open smoothly.The controller includes a main valve,a two-position four-way valve and a manual reset valve.By establishing the second-order differential equations of the main spool,and the differential equations of the two-position four-way valve and the cut-off valve cylinder,the influence of the controller's main valve parameters on the step response of the cut-off valve controlled piston displacement is analyzed.The results show that the increased damping of the main spool reduces the overshoot of the step response and slows down the oscillation process;the increased mass of the main spool reduces the overshoot and slows down the response time;the increased spring stiffness increases the overshoot and the oscillation process;the main spool diameter has little effect on the step response.A controller parameter optimization model is established to make the step response of the valve-controlled cylinder piston more stable.The optimized valve-controlled cylinder displacement step response overshoot is reduced to 0.6%,and the adjustment time is 0.03 s.Finally,the effect is verified through experiments.
