高精度热压成型机液压伺服系统的设计与控制 被引量:7

摘要 热压成型机中液压系统的压力控制精度对产品的成型质量影响巨大。针对某型现有设备的液压系统响应慢、质量不稳定等问题,提出了以伺服电机直驱液压泵以及增设液控充液箱的油路改造方案;为配合实现系统压力控制的精度要求,建立了该液压伺服系统的数学模型,并设计了基于模糊PID的自适应控制器;将系统的数学模型及其控制方法引入MATLAB进行Simulink仿真,结果表明系统具有良好的动态特性;将该方案应用于该型热压成型机的样机实验,结果表明,该液压系统设计方案及其配套的控制策略能大幅提高生产效率和产品的良品率。 The pressure control accuracy of the hydraulic system in the hot press molding machine has a great impact on the molding quality of the product.Aiming at the problems of slow response and unstable quality of the hydraulic system of a certain type of existing equipment,this paper proposes an oil circuit modification plan using a servo motor direct-drive hydraulic pump and adding a hydraulically controlled filling tank for the implementation of the oil cylinder.Mathematical modeling of the hydraulic servo system was established,and an adaptive controller based on fuzzy PID was designed.The mathematical model of the system and its control method were introduced into MATLAB for Simulink simulation.The simulation show that the system has good dynamic characteristics;the scheme is applied to the prototype experiment of this type of hot press forming machine,and the results show that the design scheme of the hydraulic system and its supporting control strategy can greatly improve the production efficiency and product yield.
