摘要 双向行驶汽车属于应市场需求而生,车辆双向均可驾驶、转向,对驾驶员更友好,更适应特殊场合的使用。但双向行驶车辆有几个设计难点:一是两驾驶室可靠切换;二是角度控制精确且能修正;三是单向各转向模式切换流畅;四是转向系统安全可靠。围绕如何解决这些难点,实现双向行驶车辆设计目标,介绍了一种糅合了机械转向和电控液压转向的转向系统设计方案,从机械转向系统设计、电控液压转向系统设计及控制策略等方面全面介绍了这套转向系统,解决了以上设计难点,并实现了全驱样车生产。样车经过下线调试及多工况路试,车辆的各项性能完全满足设计要求。 The two-way driving vehicle is born in response to the market demand.The two-way driving and steering of the vehicle are more friendly to the driver and more suitable for special occasions.However,there are several difficulties in the design of two-way vehicles:first,how to switch the cab reliably;second,how to control the angle accurately and correct;third,how to switch the steeringmodes smoothly;fourth,the steering system is safe and reliable.Around how to solve these difficulties and achieve the design goal of two-way driving vehicle,this paper introduces a design scheme of steering and electric hydraulic steering.It comprehensively introduces the steering system from the aspects of mechanical steering system design,electric hydraulic steering system design and control strategy,solves the above design difficulties and realizes the production of sample vehicle.After the off-line debugging of the sample vehicle and the road test under multiple working conditions,various performances of the vehicle fully meet the design requirements.
