基于政校企协作的高职学生顶岗实习管理运行模式创新研究

政校企协作的高职学生顶岗实习是教育面向现代化培养实践型人才的需要,也是教育资源优化配置的必然选择。基于政校企三方协作的顶岗实习管理,涉及到校企博弈、利益冲突等不可控因素,因此构建创新型的管理运行模式至关重要。鉴于此,从市场发展的客观规律出发,分析政、校、企协作的关系与本质,创新性构建一条高职学生顶岗实习的"三方协作,二级管理,一体化运行"的管理模式,并在此基础上提出与之配套的创新策略,从而为高职教育整体水平的提升保驾护航。

The internship of senior vocational students in collaboration between government,schools and enterprises is the need for modern education to cultivate practical talents,and it is also an inevitable choice for the optimal allocation of educational resources.The internship management based on the tripartite cooperation between government,schools and enterprises involves uncontrollable factors such as school-enterprise games and conflicts of interest.Therefore,it is very important to build an innovative management operation mode.In view of this,starting from the objective law of market development,analyze the relationship and essence of the cooperation between government,schools and enterprises,and innovatively construct a management model of“tripartite cooperation,secondary management,and integrated operation”for senior vocational students internship.On this basis,it puts forward supporting innovation strategies to protect the overall level of higher vocational education.
