能力视角下社区残疾人社会工作服务实践与模式建构——基于广州市B街道残疾人服务的实践研究

Practice Study and Pattern Construction for Social Work for the Disabled in Community from a Strength-based Perspective:Case Study on the Disability Service of B Street in Guangzhou

文章采用案例研究法,以广州市B街道残疾人服务为案例,以能力视角为理论基础,分析案例中残疾人社会工作服务实践的发展过程、策略与成效,从而建构出能力视角下社区残疾人社会工作服务模式:利用社区资源,发掘和提升残疾人各项能力,增强残疾人家庭的抗逆力和互助力,促进残疾人及家庭参与社区能力建设,增强社区对残疾人的承载力;有承载力的社区,反过来对残疾人及家庭产生更好的社会支持功能,解决残疾人问题,满足残疾人需求,促进残疾人融入社区。

From a strength-based perspective and with the method of case study on the disability service of B Street in Guangzhou,this essay analyses its development,strategies and effectiveness in practice and seeks to construct a practice model for social work for the disabled in community.The proposition is to explore and enhance the abilities of people with special needs,increase the resilience of their families and the local communities,and empower them to participate in community development by utilising local resources.A resilient community,in turn,will serve as a strong social support,in terms of addressing problems,meeting needs and assisting community integration.
