不同浓度胺鲜酯处理吐丝期玉米自交系对种子活力的影响

Effects of Diethyl Aminoethyl Hexanoatein with Different Concentrations on Seed Vigor of Maize Inbred at Silking Stage

以玉米自交系PH 6 WC为试验材料,在吐丝期整株喷施4、8、12、16 g·L^-1胺鲜酯溶液,以清水处理为对照,对处理种子的发芽情况、主要化学成分和活力指数进行测定。结果表明,吐丝期喷施胺鲜酯溶液对PH 6 WC种子的发芽率、千粒重和籽粒淀粉含量无明显影响,对发芽指数、发芽势、苗干重、籽粒蛋白质含量以及活力指数有显著影响,发芽势、发芽指数与蛋白质含量与种子活力呈显著相关关系,以8 g·L^-1浓度胺鲜酯溶液处理下种子活力指数最高。

In this study,the maize inbred line PH 6 WC was used as the test materials to study seed germination,main chemical composition and vitality index under the spraying treatment with diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate of 4,8,12 and 16 g·L^-1 concerntraions at silking stage.The results showed that spraying with diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate on PH 6 WC seeds at silking stage had no significant effects on germination rate,1000-grain weight and grain starch content,but there were significant influence on germination index,germination potential,seedling dry weight,grain protein content and vigor index.Germination potential and germination index were significantly correlated with protein content and seed vigor,and the seed vigor index was the highest under the treatment of 8 g·L^-1 concentration of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate.
