摘要
地下空间是城市的重要资源,特别是在中国患有“城市病”的一线城市中尤为重要。笔者选定广州市城区为研究区,首先利用地质环境调查成果和着重分析当地对地下工程开发利用的主要制约因素,从而选取影响地下空间开发利用的评价因素,并采用专家层次分析定权法来确定因子的权数,建立广州市地下空间开发利用适宜性分区的评价模型,利用ArcGIS软件获得最终适宜性评价图。结果表明,研究区面积1561 km 2,其中适宜、较适宜区域占比61.64%,较不适宜区域占比37.63%,仅有0.73%的面积不适宜开展地下工程。
Underground space is an important resource especially for China’s first-tier cities suffering from“urban diseases”.This paper takes Guangzhou City as the research area.Based on the geological environmental survey and the main constraints on the development and utilization of local underground engineering,the authors select the evaluation factors that affect the development and utilization of underground space,and adopt the expert-level analysis weighting method to determine the weights of the factors,so as to establish an evaluation model for the suitability of zoning in underground space development and utilization in Guangzhou.The final suitability evaluation map is obtained with the help of ArcGIS software.The results show that among the study area of 1561 km 2,suitable area accounts for 61.64%,less suitable area 37.63%.Only 0.73%of the total area is not suitable for underground engineering.
