浅谈抖音平台上传统新闻生产者的角色变迁 被引量:1

摘要 全媒体时代的到来标志着新闻媒介的大变革。为了适应这种变革,新闻生产者需重新审视自己的角色定位,并且顺应媒介特性,提升业务能力。本文以新闻生产新战场"抖音"为例,从角色定位和人才需求维度展开讨论,认为新闻生产者应具备视频制作专家、把关人与意见领袖、营销专家的角色认知和能力加持。
