济南地区新型冠状病毒肺炎中医证候特点及病机探讨

Discussion on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Characteristics and Pathogenesis of Corona Virus Disease 2019 in Jinan

目的:分析济南地区新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)确诊患者的临床特征及中医证候特点,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法:采集来自济南市传染病医院符合新冠肺炎诊断标准的39例患者的人口学资料、流行病学资料、中医证候信息等,进行研究分析。结果:39例确诊患者,中位年龄为36岁,男19例,女20例。其中轻型2例,普通型35例,重型2例;临床表现,乏力、咳嗽、发热为最常见症状;舌质淡22例(56.4%),舌质红17例(43.6%);舌苔白腻21例(53.8%),苔薄白7例(17.9%),苔黄腻6例(15.4%),苔薄黄5例(12.8%)。中医辨证分型属寒湿阻肺证26例(66.7%),湿毒郁肺证9例(23.1%),且兼夹有虚证者9例(23.1%)。结论:济南市新冠肺炎表现初步分析以寒湿阻肺证为主,湿邪是其病机核心。

Objective:To analyze the clinical features and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome characteristics of patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)in Jinan,and to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The demographic data,epidemiological data,and TCM syndrome information of 39 patients from Jinan Municipal Hospital for Infectious Diseases Affiliated to Shandong University that met the diagnostic criteria for COVID-19 were collected for analysis.Results:The median age of 39 patients diagnosed as COVID-19 was 36,with 19 males and 20 females,among whom 2 cases were mild,35 cases were general,2 cases were severe.The clinical manifestation showed weak,cough and fever were the most common symptoms.There were 22 cases(56.4%)with pale tongue,17 cases(43.6%)with red tongue,21 cases(53.8%)with white greasy fur,7 cases with thin white fur(17.9%),6 cases with yellow greasy fur(15.4%),5 cases with thin yellow fur(12.8%).For the TCM syndrome,26 cases(66.7%)were of cold and dampness blocking lung syndrome,9 cases(23.1%)were of dampness-toxin lung-stagnation syndrome,and 9 cases(23.1%)were combined with deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:The preliminary analysis shows that COVID-19 in Jinan is mainly of the cold and dampness blocking lung syndrome,and dampness is the pathological core.
