摘要
袁斌教授认为伏邪是反复呼吸道感染的重要因素。论述了伏邪在反复呼吸道感染中产生的原因既有外感,也有内生;且伏邪的种类各异,反复呼吸道感染所伏部位属于肺脏;分析了其致病特点和演变规律;介绍了寻找伏邪的经验为宿疾发作。临床根据反复呼吸道感染的特点及伏邪阶段的不同,将本病分为发作期、迁延期和缓解期,并根据各分期特点辨证论治,祛除伏邪。附临床治验案例一则。
Professor YUAN Bin believes that latent pathogen are one of the important causes of recurrent respiratory tract infection.This article discusses the causes of latent pathogen in recurrent respiratory tract infections,including external causes and internal causes,points out that there are various latent pathogen which usually lurk in the lung,analyzes pathogenic characteristics and evolution regularity of the latent pathogens,and elucidates the experience in searching for the latent pathogens.According to the characteristics of recurrent respiratory tract infection and the different stages of latent pathogen,recurrent respiratory tract infection is divided into attack stage,deferment stage and remission stage.Syndrome differentiation and treatment should be given according to the characteristics of each stage to eliminate the latent pathogen.A successful case of clinical treatment is given.
