Experience of ZHOU Huifang in Treating Threatened Abortion Caused by Inadequate Luteal Function

目的:总结周惠芳教授治疗黄体功能不全性先兆流产的经验,为临床治疗先兆流产提供思路。方法:通过临床跟师学习,整理临床医案,归纳临证辨治思维。结果:周师认为本病主要病机为肾阳偏虚、脾胃虚弱及心肾失济。治疗上强调益肾补脾、宁心安神,同时注重未病先防、心理疏导,以自拟补肾安胎方治疗临床疗效好。结论:周师对黄体功能不全性先兆流产的病因病机、处方用药方面认识独到,特色鲜明,其治法方药值得临床借鉴推广。

Objective:To summarize Professor ZHOU Huifang’s experience in the treatment of threatened abortion caused by inadequate luteal function,and to provide ideas for clinical treatment of threatened abortion.Methods:By learning from the clinical practitioner and sorting out the clinical cases of Professor ZHOU,the thought of syndrome differentiation of Professor ZHOU was elaborated.Results:Professor ZHOU holds that the main pathogenesis of the disease is kidney deficiency and yang deficiency,spleen and stomach weakness,and heart and kidney disharmony.In the treatment,Professor ZHOU emphasizes tonifying the kidney and the spleen,tranquilizing the heart and the mind,paying attention to prevention before illness and psychological counseling,and formulating the prescription of Bushen Antai Formula(补肾安胎方),which has a good clinical effect.Conclusion:Professor ZHOU has unique knowledge on etiology,pathogenesis,prescription and medication of threatened abortion caused by inadequate luteal function.His clinical academic experience deserves further study and promotion.
