大黄及其提取物治疗肝脏疾病研究进展

Research Progress of Dahuang(Rheum Officinale)and Its Extracts in Treatment of Liver Diseases

大黄药材中含有多种有效成分,其中大黄蒽醌类的大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚等在治疗肝脏疾病方面具有良好的效果。综述了大黄及其有效成分在治疗肝纤维化、病毒性肝炎、肝性脑病、非酒精性脂肪肝病等肝脏疾病方面的相关研究进展。目前,大黄治疗肝脏疾病的相关研究较局限于某单一宽泛的作用机制,缺乏深入系统的具体作用机制及信号通路、作用靶点的分析。今后的研究应以中医药理论为基础,进一步开展现代分子生物学及药理学相关研究,重点深入探求其具体完整的信号传导通路及分子作用机制。参考文献30篇。

Dahuang(Rheum Officinale)contains a variety of active ingredients,among which Rhubarb anthraquinones includes rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion methyl ether,which have good effects in the treatment of liver diseases.This paper reviews the research progress of Dahuang and its active ingredients in the treatment of liver diseases such as liver fibrosis,viral hepatitis,hepatic encephalopathy,nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.At present,the research on Dahuang is limited to a single broad mechanism,which is in lack of in-depth analysis of specific mechanisms and signal targets in the treatment of liver diseases.The future research should be based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and further develop modern molecular biology and pharmacology related research and focus on exploring the specific and complete signal transduction pathway and molecular mechanism.There are 30 references.
