摘要
电压水平是电网安全稳定运行的重要指标之一,而电压水平的高低与无功功率的分配情况紧密联系,这使得全网无功调整需要进一步优化。针对这一问题从经济性角度出发,对含不确定性风电的风电场SVG进行分析,提出一种基于不确定性的风电并网无功协调控制策略,以改善传统控制策略的不足。仿真结果表明,该无功功率优化控制策略不但可改善主电网和风电场的无功分布,使得无功补偿更能满足就地平衡原则,有效缩小电压波动范围,还可有效减小有功功率损耗,稳定风电场的电压水平,为用户提供更优质的电能。
Voltage level is one of the important indicators for safe and stable operation of power grid,and the level of voltage is closely related to the distribution of reactive power,which makes the reactive power adjustment of the whole network need to be further optimized.In order to solve this problem from the economic point of view,the SVG of wind farms with uncertainties were analyzed,and a coordinated reactive power control strategy based on uncertainties was proposed to improve the deficiencies of traditional control strategies.The simulation results showed that the optimal reactive power control strategy could not only improve the reactive power distribution of the main grid and wind farm,but also make the reactive power compensation more likely to meet the principle of on-site balance,effectively reduce the range of voltage fluctuation,effectively reduce the active power loss,stabilize the voltage level of wind farm,and provide better power for users.
