摘要
针对多燃烧器电磁炉存在低频噪音的问题,可通过恒频调功方式来解决。分析了非对称电压消除(AVC)恒频调功法的输出功率特性,指出其功率调节范围窄且无法应用在轻负载的缺陷。提出一种基于脉冲密度调节的非对称电压消除(PDM-AVC)混合调功策略,该方法在轻载时通过调节脉冲密度与移相角来实现输出功率的调节,其他负载下采用AVC调功,从而实现零电压开关(ZVS),减少IGBT的功率损耗,并实现了功率输出全范围调节。最后通过仿真试验验证了该混合策略的可行性和有效性。
The problem of the low frequency noise of multi-burner induction cookers can be solved by power adjustment of constant frequency.The output power characteristics of the asymmetric voltage cancellation(AVC)constant frequency power modulation method was analyzed,and the defect of narrow power regulation range and cannot be applied to light loads was pointed out.A hybrid asymmetric voltage cancellation power adjustment strategy that was based on pulse density modulation(PDM-AVC)was proposed.The output power was adjusts by adjusting the pulse density and the phase shift angle at light load.The power was adjusted using AVC under other loads to achieve zero voltage switching(ZVS)and reduce IGBT power loss.The full range adjustment of power output was achieved.Finally,simulation experiments verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the hybrid strategy.
